Manufactured by Herbert North Morse (1903) The 'Standard Desk Calculating Machine', or 'Calcumeter', was sold in several different configurations. This model, with 6 dials and a resetting device, sold for USD $15.00 in 1903. While the user's manual stated that "square root, cube root, interest, discount and percentage can all be performed very rapidly", the Calcumeter was really only handy for addition. |
