Manufactured by Burroughs Adding Machine Company (1911) Serial number 206218 This model was Burroughs' first foray into the calculator market. As Felt & Tarrant's patents on their case design were due to expire, Burroughs decided to enter the calculator market with a direct imitation of the Felt & Tarrant case design. At the conclusion of the patent dispute, Burroughs stopped producing this model and may have had to destroy their remaining stock. As a result, these models are considered to be quite rare. |
